What you send
The order form asks for your name, email, chosen plan, device, and an optional note. Submitting it saves that order here and sends you through the service site to Shopify checkout. The card number is handled by Shopify under their own terms. You can also email hello@vela.tv instead.
How it is used
We use those details to quote a plan, confirm payment, deliver a login, and reply if something breaks. We do not sell the list, and we do not use it for a newsletter.
How long it stays
Order details stay in the shop record we use to deliver the login, for as long as we need them to support your term and to handle a dispute. Write to hello@vela.tv if you want a conversation deleted and you have no open term or refund.
This website
The order form posts your details to this site so we can open checkout and deliver the login. Card data stays on Shopify. Standard hosting logs, such as IP addresses in a server log, may still exist at the company that hosts the site.
